Our Proposal
Collecdev is looking forward to working with the community to bring a new mixed-use, transit supportive residential and retail project to 3400 Dufferin Street and 8 Jane Osler Boulevard.
The proposed development would replace the existing Honda dealership and auto parts store, the associated surface parking as well as the 2-storey single-detached house with three new buildings.
A total of 834 units are being proposed, providing additional housing options for those looking to live in the Yorkdale-Glen neighbourhood and close to transit.
Yorkdale Mall and multiple transit stations are located across the street to the east of the site.
There is significant opportunity to improve the public realm of the site through the introduction of landscaping, a mix of uses, and animation of the site.
New retail space will provide additional commercial amenity to the neighbourhood as well as make a more interesting walk along Dufferin Street.
